I eat a home baked dessert at least 4 times a week. If you love those desserts there is no reason to give them up. Leave room in your diet to have them and enjoy. :)

also awesome on cinnamon rolls. Cream cheese frosting 2 Tbs softened butter 2 ounces cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla. Beat butter and cream cheese till fluffy add vanilla, then powdered sugar. OH YUM

I actually love the Nostimo greek yogurts. I buy the fruit flavored ones and stir in matching fresh fruits. Blueberry in the blueberry, raspberry in the raspberry, etc. Awesome. I also use the blueberry one for greek yogurt pancakes and stir in blueberries. Best ever breakfast.

I weigh 123 and wear a hrm for zumba. The best I've ever got is 401 calories in 50 minutes. I usually average around 370 for 50 minutes

Hi, and Welcome. You will probably find the number of calories burned on here is also off. I honestly suggest a heart rate monitor. It is set up specifically for you and the only thing I have found to be accurate.

well if I can count yesterday, I hit my goal weight of 124. So, I dropped it by two. Aiming for 122

I have the garmin fr70. Love it ACCEPT for the fact that it keeps spiking on me. All of a sudden heart rate goes to 260. Happens about 3 times in an hour workout. I just life the chest strap and do a quick wipe and it settles down but it is annoying.
