Just joined from different app in middle of weight loss.

Hey all.
I just Joined this site as I just got the app on my phone yesterday. I have been dieting for the last three months and have lost 20lbs (340 down to 320). I decided to switch to the MFP app because the previous one I had been using was inaccurate with product scanning and the number of calories burned with exercises.

Hoping to use the social function of this app to meet other people that are also trying to make + changes in their lives.

Anyway, hello all, sorry for the long winded intro.

    Hi, and Welcome. You will probably find the number of calories burned on here is also off. I honestly suggest a heart rate monitor. It is set up specifically for you and the only thing I have found to be accurate.
