Good job on your weight loss so far. Sounds like you're going to do great. I don't have much to add here but I do drink tons of water during the day which tends to helps. The supplements I take curb a Iot of the hunger but if I do need a little something more I eat a piece of fruit or some nuts. Keeping myself busy with…

Good afternoon, I came across this thread and it caught my attention. I've never heard of Saxenda. I take supplements called TruVision Health which seems similar. Well, I was just curious because its not the usual CICO posts I always see. I wish you all the best on your weight loss journey. Have a great weekend everyone.

I weight daily and take measurements once a week.

I would love more running friends. You can add me also if you like.

My 2016 goals are to get faster and increase mileage. Perhaps do another HM at the end of the year along with my 10Ks.

I've only run 1 half marathon and it was really slow 2:58. I would like to do another one day but want to get faster before I do. The winter has been tough because I don't like to run in the dark so my mileage has been very low.

I did it for 3 weeks and lose 3 lbs. I didn't buy the program though. I just bought my own containers and went on Pinterest and got all the information for it from there.

I have hypoglycemia since my mid 20s and I'm now 38. I deal with it daily. It has never gone away, I've just learned how to control it better with diet and exercise.

A few years ago I was maintaining my weight but eating like crazy. They were always amazed at how much food I could put away. My coworkers would ask me what I was doing to be able to eat that much. I would tell them that I had a tapeworm. They thought it was funny and would pick on me about it. So I once I started gaining…

I was on Zoloft and gained 20-25 lbs in less than a year. My doctor switched me to the generic Wellbutrin last year and I've been able to lose those extra lbs and keep it off. I found that it did give me extra energy to exercise and suppressed my appetite so I wasn't as hungry. I still have 5-7 lbs I want to lose but I…

I slacked off a lot over the summer so my goal for September is 50 miles. I need to build my mileage back up.
