I was just sleeved January 10th! So I'm still barely eating anything that I would consider "food" lol. I would love to make some sleeved friends, and creep on what everyone is eating, and what works for you all!

I agree with OP. The goal shouldn't be centered around getting skinny. It should be eating for health, to nourish your body. Weight loss is very helpful, but skinny people have heart attacks and diabetes.

LW-230 CW-230 No loss this week. :( I was so excited to be in the 220's... Oh well. I know why I'm not getting there. I have to lay off of the alcohol and the sodium, and be more dedicated to not doing the bare minimum at the gym. I'm still hoping to be down under 200 by July!

I completely missed last weeks weigh in! Last week I was stuck at 236 and didn't budge. Throughout this past week though, it's been coming off much quicker!!
