Sleeved 8/14 SW- 355 CW- 160 Lowest weight was 130. Maintained around 150-160 for 6 years now!

I was 355lbs. Lost 220lbs. I’ve maintained for 6 years. I had lost 130lbs on my own and then had the sleeve for maintenance. Ended up losing nearly 100 more. It’s mental this far out. I weigh once a week. I give myself a 10lb curve. If I gain 10 it’s back to basics for me until I lose it again.

I weigh a couple of times a week in the early morning, no clothing. I try to keep it the same each time.

I went from 355lbs to 130lb. (Now sitting around 155lbs) I never mentally saw it. Physically, when I hit the first 50lbs lost I could tell in pics and clothing, but I had to MAKE myself really see. It’s such a mental game sometimes.

Not too bad. I lost 10lbs and like 6 inches. It basically just helped reset my mind and I’ve continued now for a week with my own healthy choices. Overall, I wouldn’t do it if I had to pay for it myself, but it wasn’t terrible in the way of helping me get back to basics. :)

Yes! I think that’s exactly right. At 130 I almost looked sick (in my opinion) so I definitely think I went lower than anticipated. :)

Thanks for the input y’all! Yes I would never do it long term. I lost 225lbs originally so every once in awhile I do a reset so to speak and I was just trying something new.

I know it’s definitely not needed to lose. I lost all of my weight through diet and exercise alone. I’m just wondering about logistical things like false advertising in the ingredients and if others had any real results. Any time I see an MLM I cringe a bit lol

That’s the part I’m mainly seeking answers for. I’ve heard that some research found false advertising about what was really in it.

Because I wanted it so bad, it wasn’t terrible. I had some pretty bad complications but I still think it was the best decision for me. PM me if you want like details and such. I’m always happy to talk about it all!

I had the sleeve 4 years ago. Combined with that and my own weight loss prior I lost a total of 225lbs. Over the last 4 I’ve gained back around 25-30 and am working on relosing what I gained. It’s tough!!
