Tuesday: Food- Was not able to eat 6 meals a day. It is hard to when I am at work. Cardio/strength- I did Level 1 Day 3 of 30 day shred. I am using that for this. Water- As of right now I am at 50 oz and have not had dinner yet. I usually drink at least 10 with dinner. So I will hit this as well.

Monday min challenge: I was not able to stay under calorie goal. Monday's are my cheat days and I usually go about 50-100 calories over my normal days. I am also Doing 30DS so is it okay to say what I did in that works for some things on the challenge. or should I do them again. For example, in 30 day shred you do sit ups, jumping jacks, and squats. I was wondering if that counted for that portion of the day.

Im in. I added weights today. I know that is something small but I always feel awkward when I do them so I just dont. It felt good to do something besides cardio today. I did still do my cardio I just mixed in the weights.

I lost 334 cal for my last workout for this challenge. I did not hit the goal but today was my get back out there day after my back was hurting.

I was so excited to do this challenge. Then I some how hurt my back and went 4 days with out exercising. I am feeling better and will back out there tomorrow and get in one more good workout. I am not going hit 3500 cal, but I am going to get as close as I can. I am excited to hear what the challenge is next week.
