Shake weights!

Nope. I thought it did at first. But really it didn't. Now having diet soda keeps me from going crazy on other stuff.

^^ I think this was more my point. But more than that, if you know how to cook and season properly you can make some badass food regardless of whatever other factors. I think plain green beans and brussel sprouts taste gross, but season em a bit, cook them right - delish!

Because most people suck at cooking.

Nothing bad on my end. My group mostly just helps keep me in check with my macros. Which I totally appreciate. I would unfriend fanatics, can't deal. The sad part is I'm probably verging on fanatical (with somewhat of a regression as of late). If you're not attached, find new friends.

There's no special magic that happens. For me I don't consider myself on a low carb diet, but technically I am. It's more about changing the ratio of protein and fat intake. I like it because overall I feel like I get to eat a lot more (carbs are pretty calorie dense) and I feel satiated longer.

I try to eat at places that have the nutrition info already available for me. If you're not sure, do your best to accurately estimate and try and exercise some common sense portion control.

So long as your pee looks like watered down lemonade, you're fine. I'm assuming you're referring to hydration, but as others have said, log the calories.

Abs are made in the kitchen. But you have to exercise and just reduce your overall bodyfat, that's all that means.

^^ Beat me to it. If she is single and/or its just for her then protein powder is a great way to get protein for cheap.

Try adding more protein and fiber, that should help with hunger. However, in all honestly if you're significantly overweight (like I am) you're going to be hungry a lot. I basically went from eating like 4-5K calories to 1600, it's a big change. Your body should adjust in time, there is a ghrelin response that when your…

I find that yoga helps. I only do it a couple times a week, but just opening up my muscles like that when I've been hitting them so hard with weights all week is super helpful. For me it just really releases all the tension. Maybe try a little just to see if it helps. Tara Styles has some good "in bed" yoga routines that…

I'm pretty even somewhere around 40/30/30 - however it's usually closer to 33.33/33.33/33.33. I'm having great results with that.

Try higher fat, higher calorie foods. Nuts, avocado, peanut butter. You won't have to eat as much to reach your goals but they are nice and calorie dense.

Are there calories in MiO? If not then no it's not sabotaging you.

I go tanning - people would seriously die and I would jump off a bridge if I didn't.

Wow, slut shame much?

Eating every 2 hours just makes me hungry, and I never feel satisfied. Just figure out what works for you. Meal timing doesn't really matter.

Go see a movie. I love going to movies by myself. It's so cathartic. Otherwise I would make a plan for things to do, make a list, hobbies you like and how you can integrate them into your evenings.

I get this really bad. Actually the last couple days have been rough and I just realized that I need to make sure I budget my cals to allow for a snack late afternoon, like an apple or something. I know I need sugar right then. So, I would just readjust when you are eating.

I count them because I like having proof I ate them. :)

Hey from one shin splinty footie player to another. First find shoes that are cushy, this really helped me. I can't do high impact or I have major issue with the splints (sometimes even walking). So change up the shoes, try and strengthen your ankles (just google shin splint exercise - I like the toe and heel walks, they…

Agreed, pants only hinder the process.
