Look up low fee, sliding scale anything. Or go to the ER. They can NOT turn you away. Find a planned parenthood. There are options. University hospitals are a great option.

Well you don't have to splurge, but try adding some cals in like nuts and avocados. And 60 would be like a minimum. I would really suggest reading as much as you can about body recomposition if your intended results are to be more fit and toned looking.

My roommate went from a 9 to a 7.5. When I lost weight previously I went from a 10 to a 8 (back up to a 9.5). So. I would say yes it is possible, assuming that your feet actually have a significant amount of fat in them. However, I have seen very heavy people with little tiny skinny feet. So I think it depends.

I think a lot of it has to do with those who "eat clean" are probably consuming fewer calories overall. Those that have the whatever within limits are just that, they stay within limits.

Yeah, it's douchey, but attraction is super important. Not everything, but important. I'm not saying it's nice or "right" but if you aren't attracted to a person, then it makes sense to break up with them. However it does not make sense to humiliate either party on national TV.
