I would think that would be true with weight training. From what I know you are supposed to have 2 rest days in between each muscle group. But I don't think it matters with cardio

How long have you been on MFP? A while...a couple years? Just now starting to have success How many calories a day do you eat without exercise calories? 14-1500 ish Do you eat your exercise calories? sometimes (I stagger my calories)

It is probably the minerals interacting with your pots and pans. If you see a film on them and they are stainless steel, pick up some bar keepers friend and clean them once a week with that and that will get rid of the residue.

I think there's a huge stigma on anyone who is trying to lose weight or be more fit. Someone is always going to be there to tell you not to. I like mine and so does my sister, ours have lasted quite a long time. I actually prefer it over the GPS, mainly because I like to run with my nano as opposed to my iphone. Give it a try, I think it's worth it.

I would maybe see another doctor. You should get a second opinion just to make sure - no matter how good your doctor is. Also, is it possible you're tearing internally or externally a little bit?
