Well, whenever I drink, for some reason my weight loss totally stalls:grumble: . Then the next week (so long as I don't drink) I drop normally. For me, that is reason enough.:drinker:

GO to the doctor. If you aren't sure you are better off finding out. Your arteries are nothing to mess with - and if worst case scenario it was an aneurysm it can be fixed. Does it pulsate at any other time? Can you feel it or see it when you are resting?

Go to a running store and get fit. If its a good store they will assess your gait and recommend shoes from there.
