Trying to loose weight because I am over-weight, which is not healthy. I started trying to loose before I was pregnant, and of course only want to loose the weight in a healthy way (obviously no diets, just healthy eating and now exercise) There isn't anything wrong with trying to get in shape while pregnant.. just curious…

Thanks, I do know my daily activity level. Thanks everyone! My calorie intake isn't 1200 I set it at 1350, but perhaps that isn't enough either. I have started exercising a bit more, but its important to get this 30 pounds off asap, doing so in a healthy way of course.

Just eat veggies, you don't really gain any calories from raw veggies. so I would just keep eating them until your full! As for your belly, try to tone! cause you are a healthy weight!

Hey there, I just had my baby girl about 7 months ago and am looking to loose the weight as well. Add me if you like and maybe we can challenge each other to excersize and compare diets. So far Ive only tried cutting back on the junk food, but ive only been at this for a few days.

I hate it too, between the ages of 10-17 I drank about 10 cups.. IN A YEAR. Now I manage atleast a few cups/bottles a day. Infusing it is a great tip, also as a substitute for juice. I also find as long as its really cold I can drink it. Good luck!
