Hello ladies, wow you had a tough week, but awesome work to Kelly and Dar. You will both rock this week, I know you will. Miss you all, starting to feel human again though and actually helped get the tree up yesterday.

Wow everyone is doing so great, so sorry to not be a part of the challenge still, but I'm on the mend. Actually helped to get the Christmas tree decorated. As I said not part of the challenge but thought us add my two cents. As for snacking, I really just do not keep treats in the house, or certainly not treats that I like…

Dear Wolvies. Miss you all, but I'll be checking in from time to time to the best team!

Thanks, and yes surgery next week it was a complete sever about 5 cm, so therapy won't cut it. But I'll be in and out of hospital in 3 days, so I'll just add it to my growing lists of patchwork scars. ;)

Dear Fellow Wolverines I am so sorry but I'm having to drop the challenge. I took a spill this morning and have torn my rotator cuff (shoulder). Been at the hospital this morning, so it's solid rest for me I'm afraid, sadly I can't work around it. Sorry to let you all down, but I'll drop in from time to time and cheer on…

happy Monday everyone. @Kelly You are so busy right now with moving, painting and stuff, why don't you try and add up the reps you would be doing with every roller fill of paint up the wall, every time you move a piece of furniture you get a squat in, that would at least help with the reps. That's a lot of exercise you…

You are off to a great start with your December challenge, especially tough if DH won't buy in. Hope your daughter is doing better today, a very painful injury..

@Sheri. Are we doing our regular points again this week? Also I'll give up my Atkins Endulge bars, they are the only treat I have thse days and if I fail I'll do 20 burpees as well.

Congrats to everyone. And especially the 3 Wolverines in the top 6. We had our Thanksgiving in October, so had already had our turkey feast...

I'll join you both as well, sounds like a great idea 1. Do 30 shredders every day 2. No computer/iPad after 1900 hours 3. No refined carbs after 1500 hours Great idea. Thx

For my 2nd positive this week. I like my hands, I have lovely, long and now slim again fingers, on which I get a few compliments. I'm also thankful for not looking my age, a curse when you are 18 , but oh so lovely at 55...;)

My pay it forward; Have started volunteering for a couple of hours a week, starting this week to one of our local food banks and homeless shelter, the Mustard Seed. It's quite an eye opener and a harsh lesson in how very lucky most of us are.

Sounds good, I asked her as well about the two sets of workout time related bonus points. Hope you had a great night. I think shattered is going around. Have an awesome Sunday everyone, so sorry to see you both bow out Izzie and Love, but once a wolverine always a wolverine!

My first positive: I have good, strong legs that have helped immensely in my recovery from knee replacement surgery. Our Thanksgiving (Harvest Festival) was in Early October and I made everything from scratch in order to eliminate added sugars and salts. Made garlic smashed cauliflower as well as potatoes, and had only the…

@Kelly Sorry I haven't been much help this week, it's been frightful around here and I've managed to beggar up my right elbow, been dropping mugs all week. Went to the doctors today and he told me I had sodding tennis elbow, 3 painful cortisone injections later... Yuck. Too much cleaning, dusting and hoovering keeping the…

Just to let everyone know you have an extra day this week to complete your challenge, if required. Because of the American holiday, and because the Sundays challenge will be up a little late, Friday's deadline has been extended to Saturday at 10:00 am PST.

wonderful Wednesday. Thirty-five is a very attractive age. London society is full of women of the very highest birth who have, of their own free choice, remained thirty-five for years. Oscar Wilde, The Importance of Being Earnest
