I was starting to wonder where the group went lol. I ran 2.8 miles this morning

I have started making a calendar and put all my workouts I plan to do on it up until December. This way I don't have to think about it and if I end up doing an extra exercise I feel really good about it.

I love these, great tips! I am a huge snacker as well. I still keep it in the daily calories but most of my calories go to snacks! Goldfish get me too :) My tip would be is to drink bedtime tea. It helps me fall asleep and it fills me up b/c it is hot.

Running can be so intimidating! If I don't run for a while and then think about doing it I can intimidated but once you get out there it's actually nice!

I did a Tread n Shed class for 45-1hr. It's on the treadmill and a trainer tells you what settings to put it on to get maximum calorie burn. Good class!

My name is Janiece-I will be starting 30DS on Monday. I will be doing it a little differently then it is intended. I'm alternating between 3 of her videos and doing running as well.
