jamie eason chocolate protein brownie. these are delish. my husband and i make a double batch every week and they last all week long (must keep in fridge) 96 calories for TWO brownies and they are HEALTHY!

jamie eason has a italian hamburger recipe that is really good. there are actually 2 zucchinis within 12 hamburgers. that way you can get your veggies in and they taste like burgers. also just boil 6 pieces of chicken and you can dress them up throughout the week. hot sauce, a-1, chicken salsa, chicken burritos, etc.

eat good 90% of the time. i eat as clean as i can during the week, and if i do good, then i eat a "cheat meal" tonight is your cheat meal. so enjoy it. it's okay, take it day by day. you're doing great.

try to drink at least a gallon of water a day. it seems like a lot but trust me, it works. try to eat 6 small meals a day and include a protein in each meal.
