I don't think it's all true that girls don't go for skinny guys. I've always had a preference for skinny men. My guy now is very very skinny and I like it! :-)

Those are the exact reasons why I've always hunched! Now that I'm older it seems silly sometimes, but sometimes it's hard to break 30 year habit!

I've had people say that or at a family meal at say Thanksgiving, they will look at my plate and in front of everyone kinda loud be like "Is that all you're going to eat??" but really I've got like 3000 calories on my plate lol. I don't really like the attention that it brings because I'm clearly not starving myself or…

I haven't read through all these comments so if I'm repeating someone I'm sorry, but what's the difference between a boy carrying around a baby doll and say something like a stuffed animal, like a little doggy or something. Or even a baby blanket. It's kind of the same thing, they are carrying around and caring for…

If it helps any of you at all, I am turning 31 today and last year decided that I was going to lose weight because of a rude comment that was said to me by a stranger. I guess whatever the reason right? Anyway, I'm 6' tall and I've always went back and forth between 160 - 185 for most of my teenage and adult life.…

I don't know how much you exercise or where, but you could try to do exercise at home in front of him. Maybe him actually seeing you exercise & getting results can motivate him to join you?

I'm with those who say it's how you are built. I have no butt so I've gone from about size 12 pants to 6, but I have broad shoulders and my boobs are last to go (some would say it's a blessing but I'd rather have some junk in the trunk!! lol) so my shirt size hasn't really changed at all. Sometimes I can fit into a medium…

I've got a regular Fitbit and I don't think it's useless. It seems pretty accurate...it syncs with my MFP account and gives me extra calories and I'm still losing weight. It may not be perfect, but it's consistent. I like using mine for sleep. I find it interesting to see the sleep patterns.

Just like everyone else has said - your mother is wrong! From experience, since last August when I decided to start making changes to my diet & exercise, I have lost about 40lbs. That drops me down to about 145 at 6 feet tall. That is the lowest I have ever been in my ENTIRE adult life (I'm 30) and my teenage years. It can…

Before you think about it like that, think about this - how many things do you never find yourself doing because your SO takes care of it? Like, for example, doing the dishes, washing the clothes, etc? I know I am the official dishwasher in my house. I've waited for the dish fairy to come and do them for me (aka my…

You're not alone! I think it's hard for most people to stay thin, especially with our fast paced lives and all the food at our fingertips. I'm naturally heavier and my weight has always gone up and down but I've finally been able to keep the weight that I want off by using this tool. Counting calories...it can be a massive…
