  • I've heard that the yolk is good for you, but I've also heard that it is where all of the cholesterol comes from and you should avoid them. I was eating 1 whole egg and 1 egg white for breakfast, but now I'm not so sure that's a good idea. Tell me what you think. Thanks!
  • I typically use the elliptical at the gym and I like it because it counts the calories that I burn...or does it? How accurate are those things anyways? Sometimes I leave the gym thinking I burned 800 calories, but I'm barely breaking a sweat. Any answers?? Thanks!
  • Thanks! I am aiming for a more natural/whole diet. I want to cut as much sugar and salt out of it as I can. We'll see what happens!
  • Is it really better to use Splenda instead of regular sugar? Isn't splenda similar to Equal and Sweet & Low? I thought those cause cancer?!? Let me know your thoughts.
