Limiting my sugar
My goal is to have only 31 grams of sugar and I am always way over. I love my fruit but one orange alone = 14 g. Any suggestions?

Boullien vs. stock/broth
Which is better, chicken/beef boullien or chicken/beef stock/broth?? Also, how long can you keep an opened carton of broth in the fridge? I just saw a commerical that says Swanson doesn't have MSG in it so I guess that's a plus. I imagine boullien has MSG then...

Are egg yolks good for you???
I've heard that the yolk is good for you, but I've also heard that it is where all of the cholesterol comes from and you should avoid them. I was eating 1 whole egg and 1 egg white for breakfast, but now I'm not so sure that's a good idea. Tell me what you think. Thanks!

How accurate are calorie counters on machines?
I typically use the elliptical at the gym and I like it because it counts the calories that I burn...or does it? How accurate are those things anyways? Sometimes I leave the gym thinking I burned 800 calories, but I'm barely breaking a sweat. Any answers?? Thanks!

Many meals with small portions
Hi, I'm new to myfitnesspal. I was wondering if the many small meals throughout the day works. I always feel hungry. Yes, I just started, but in the past when I limited my portions I was hungry too. Splenda vs. Sugar
Is it really better to use Splenda instead of regular sugar? Isn't splenda similar to Equal and Sweet & Low? I thought those cause cancer?!? Let me know your thoughts.
