My goal is to have only 31 grams of sugar and I am always way over. I love my fruit but one orange alone = 14 g. Any suggestions?

I guess that was the goal the Fitness Pal gave me so that's what I've been working with. What would be a reasonable goal?0

Focus more on the macro...in this case, carbohydrates and not on sugar itself. Unless you have a medical condition, it isn't really necessary to track sugar. From a nutrition standpoint, get your carbs from fruit, veg, and whole grains...otherwise, it doesn't really matter.0

Don't worry about sugar. Just stay under your carbohydrate goal.0
