I don't feel nearly as attractive without it. I often kid that "God made eye makeup just for me". I am learning though that confidence is truly the most beautiful thing people can wear. :)

I would definitely like to be a part of this group. I am finishing up a Candida detox right now--will be finished on October 27. Even with the stricter program, I am still working hard with MFP also. :)

Thanks to everyone for their responses so far. After I ate dinner and drank more water, I began to feel better. I will definitely keep the sodium in mind. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day! :)
