  • Im completely aware that MFP over clocks calorie burn for many of their exercises. I also assume that most people UNDER report their calories. Knowing that, I do eat back SOME of my workout calories but I never purposely eat them all back.

  • Im doing this too, I am only doing 30 min of the sprint running, and about 20 min of laps at this point but it gets my heart rate going for sure. Its amazing that I can feel like a beautiful sprinter in the pool =)
