Im totally in for this! Im obsessed with weighing myself every morning. If the number stays the same or goes up, then I feel like crap for the entire day and just want to say screw it.

OMG, yes! I think its the worst part of the whole video, lol! I just finished day 3 today. Im a little sore, but it doesn't seem as brutal as it did yesterday.

I have yet to buy a scale, but I measure almost everything out. It has been an eye opener to realize how much extra I was eating.

ITA with the measuring cups. When I first started watching what I eat, I was amazed by what I thought was a serving a what a serving really was. I also estimate low when it comes to exercise as far as calories (if I think I've burned off 275, I round it down to 250 to be safe) and up for food (if I think something is…

Im new to this site, but like a lot of you I dont have a ton to loose. I started at 145, now Im down to 134. My goal is at least 125, if I go below that, great! Im just sick of looking like I have a baby bump, all my fat seems to settle at my stomach and its so annoying.
