I am at the end of week 5. Starting month 2 on Monday. Kinda scared but excited. Its a great workout. My only advice is do as much as you can and then modify(which is what I do). I do feel like I have increased my endurance. The first few days was rough but just keep on pushing through and it will get easier!

I am re-starting tomorrow as well as long as this nasty cough will allow me to workout. I have been sick nmost of December and got sick again this past week, I cant catch a break. I just finished Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and switching over to T25.Add me so we can do this together

I will be starting Alpha next week. I have one more week of Jillian's Body Revolution to complete then onto T25. I was going to try to do them at the same time but I am exhausted at the end of it. Anyone want to be T25 buddies??friend me please!!!

Jillian's Body Revolution. It is amazing. Its a 12 week program that will build muscle and sculpt your body so fast. jillian is the only trainer that has ever changed my body. I have tried many other programs and have always come back to her.

I am in my 11th week of Body Revolution and absolutely love it. I have never done P90x or Insanity so I am not in amazing shape. I have lost a dress size( maybe a more) and not that much weight (didnt follow the diet plan). I absolutely love Jillian. She is the only one that has ever changed my body. TF did nothing for me.…

As a side note...email Fitbits customer service that you lost yours. They might send you a replacement. I am on my fourth replacement!! They are amazing!

I have only lost 1 lb but I can feel the inches just melt away! I have gone down a pant size. This is a great program!

So do you guys link your fitbit with MFP? What activity level do you use? I have tried linking them so many times and my calories end up way to high each time

I forgot to mention that I have been eating at a cut for a while. 2000 calories a day seems to be the right number for me to lose as it has worked recently. Do I enter in my own daily calorie in MFP or just use the setting to try to get close to 2000? I am really confused. I really want to use my fitbit but it just seems…
