Trying to figure out if my profile is set up right
So I have played around with my diary a few times over the course of my time on MFP. I am not sure if any of it is right. I am a Stay at home mom and I run after my two kids. I have my activity level set to Sedentary. Maybe I should set it to lightly Active, not sure. I do well with staying at my target of 1440 calories…
