Trying to figure out if my profile is set up right

So I have played around with my diary a few times over the course of my time on MFP. I am not sure if any of it is right. I am a Stay at home mom and I run after my two kids. I have my activity level set to Sedentary. Maybe I should set it to lightly Active, not sure. I do well with staying at my target of 1440 calories and I usually eat all my exercise calories. I have not lost weight in 2 weeks (If I do lose its a half a lb or .2, then I gain it back) I cant seem to get anything right. I need some help. Thanks

    You have been doing great so far so you may have just hit a plateau. I've done that a lot and had 3 weeks of no weight loss, but I did lose inches so it might be that your body is just swapping fat for muscle right now.

    But if you are concerned about it not changing, I'd leave the activity level at sedentary and instead I'd suggest not eating so many of your exercise calories - maybe just half of them. See if that helps get you over the hump.

    Thanks for your response. Plateauing is hard for me to deal with. I am only 8 lbs away from pre pregnancy and I want to get there so badly. The scale not moving is not what I want to see right now.
