Try using the Nike plus running app. It should be free and it gives you an estimate to how many calories you burn during your workout. It is always really close for me.

I usually eat an egg white omlet with a little cheese and some low sodium turkey bacon! Today I switched it up though and had a bagel thin with 1 tbsp on natural low sodium peanut butter and a banana.

By looking at your diary I would say try to eat less processed fodds and more fresh fruits and vegetables. It looks like you're getting a lot of sodium from what you're eating. All that sodium can impact me sometimes. Drink lots of water!

I have to agree with a few of the others. You are not eating enough. You don't expect a car to run without fuel, you can't expect your body to run on that little food with that much exercise. I'm no expert or anything, but the way I look at it is that it's more about what you're eating than how much. You can eat tons more vegetables and fruit for the same amount of calories or less than if you go out or eat processed empty calories.
