Agreed, Pasta. I love it, but just not worth the calories for me. I have been using spaghetti squash instead, or making zucchini noodles instead. Not a bad substitute

I make a smoothie for breakfast in the morning before i leave and put it in a to go cup. 1 scoop vanilla protien powder 1 cup raw spinach 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 1 tblspn hemp hearts Blend and go! Yummy and keeps me going til lunch

I have tried Chia seeds, but prefer hmp hearts. the Chia seeds get stuck in my teeth. I would like to try them in baking as an egg substiute just to see if it works.:smile:

i love hot yoga, i go to Moksha 4 times per week, and it has helped me lose 23 lbs since October. I usually do the 60 min classes during the week, and up it to a 75 and 90 min class on the weekens.
