I have tried the Raspberry Keytones. I first bought the to try out, and they made a difference. i'm not one to "diet" and I still lost weight! I got them again and I'm so excited!

I was just following the guided goals and no matter if I put that Im lazy or super active it still puts me at about 1200 a day. I see what you mean with the empty calories though I will try to change that around or maybe get some vitamins.

2337 is my TDEE, the calculator also said that I should be eating 1606 Calories a Day also. but is that counting my exercise calories? or before exercise?
