Feeling a little weak

I've been losing weight kinda fast, only because I used to be a couch potato and ate all junk food. At first I thought that it was because I'm waking up earlier than I used to and because I was sore, But this morning I don't feel all that tired and I'm not sore, I just feel weak. Maybe I should drink more water?

What are you eating, and how many calories?

    Peeked at your diary.

    Off-hand, I'd say you're not eating enough.

You're under 1250/day, under 1200 on some days and not eating back considerable calorie burns.

Eat back at least half of your exercise calories, or figure out your TDEE - 20%.

Total Daily Energy Expenditure. Or some call it 'Maintenance Calories' - it's the number you need to function at your current weight, and includes all the stuff you do in a day, like walking around, taking a shower, fixing lunch, chasing your kids, vacumming, etc.

If you google TDEE you can find some calculators.

2337 is my TDEE, the calculator also said that I should be eating 1606 Calories a Day also. but is that counting my exercise calories? or before exercise?

That depends on what activity level you told it. If you told the calculator "sedentary" then it doesn't count your exercise. If you told it "lightly active" or "active" then it counts your exercise.

Bump your calories up to 1500-1600 for a few weeks and see how you feel then. That should be enough where you're still losing more than a pound per week. Actually, if you look at 2337 - 20%, I get 1869 - that would still be about a 500 cal/day deficit and should lead to about a pound per week loss. So, try eating around 1600-1800 for a couple weeks and see how you feel.

Based on a quick peek at your diary - I say your not eating the right foods to fuel you. You drink a considerable amount of your calories and eating "empty" calories (meaning not a lot of fiber/protein/good carbs to keep you full and fueled for the day).

I would suggest changing your settings to get at least 1400-1500 calories a day and drinking more water.

    good luck!!

Looking at your diary, my guess is you dont eat enough. You set your own goal of 1200 calories a day and have a goal of 43 pounds overall to lose. My bet...you need to find your BMI and set a healthy goal of 1-2 pounds loss per week. Then eat that calorie goal.

I was just following the guided goals and no matter if I put that Im lazy or super active it still puts me at about 1200 a day. I see what you mean with the empty calories though I will try to change that around or maybe get some vitamins.
