today managed to do a workout and stick to the diet hoping that will keep the number shrinking Niki I hope that the move wasn't too stressful and that you are unpacking and settling in I hope that school is going well for all-teachers, students and parents and that we are all getting closer to our goals and dreams

busy day running around town frustrated now I have to play catch up with my day have to fix in my run and workout urgh well hope everyone has a great weekend I'm hoping for a quiet one

had to ride to the school today even though there is no classes to meet the teacher but I got my 4.5 mile ride in hoping to get some extra workout in tonight and yoga Jenny thanx for the birthday wishes I had a great day lots of fun

biked every day for at least 45minutes and on 3/9 I walked for an hour and a quarter and on 4/9 walked for a hour

keep logging and measure everything that goes in your mouth and show your doctor & ask for allergy testing and a thyroid test thats what i did low thyroid function and allergies held me up

I lost with every pregnancy not on purpose but being sick and eating healthy saw the dr lots more frequently than usual but all were healthy and so was I

take it easy and move every day as much as you can which for me can be different every day depending on the pain cycling helps when I'm in lots of pain and yoga has helped too Just don't give up on yourself

So school started and we ride bikes there because school bus doesn't pick up until next Wednesday her first full day she is really excited 3.84 mile ride yesterday and today, and yesterday went for a couple of walks 35mins and 45

1st day of kindergarten done and she's very happy except for falling off the swing so got my bike ride in 3.84 miles bonus now just to amuse her until bedtime diet rough craving chocolate big time

yesterday didn't get my run in but did 45 minutes running up and downstairs carrying boxes as my daughter moved the rest of her stuff out so cool finally spare room looks like a spare room today going for a bike ride

great start to the new year very excited 5yo who starts school tomorrow took till 10 pm to go to sleep and was up before 6am urgh dragging today and I'm in pain so thats tough going on a bike ride and maybe a picnic last one of the summer and tonight if she goes to sleep I'll be able to get my run in and a workout everyone…

I'll be 47 on Wednesday and a mom of 6 lost the weight post pregnancy really easily but injured my back and shoulders and the weight piled on trying to delete it from my body but its slow going but eventually I will get it done
