try different couch 25k programmes I tried 3 before the one I've just completed didn't like the first 2 one guy irritated me he put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day, one I didn't like the music so try some till one fits with you

go to the gym for 10 minutes and if you still don't want to do it 10 minutes in to your work out go home no guilt i do this often never left yet

cucumber, melon especially watermelon and honeydew, onion, beef, lamb,pork, peas.all are gross and never ever allowed in the house let alone the fridge if family eat them out they come in and clean their teeth immediately or else.
