spinch is good too and sometime i add granny smith apples, but some people say one shouldnt mix fruits n veg, i am just experimenting i have to learn to make it taste good with addition of sweet, sour, or chilli or maxican taste or somthing while keeping healthy

hello jvcjim well i had green smoothie large cup at 9pm then i had 2biscuits and cup of tea at 11pm i think and went to sleep @ midnight and reading was taken 8am after 30mins morning walk and large glass of water with apple cider vinegar, i was disappointed, i never bothered too much about macros as my usual calorie…

well its very big thanks to myfitnesspal i can control my calorie intake exercise walking and going vegetarian and my determination, hopefully i will bring my HbA1c lower to around 100

hello RalfLott my last HbA1c test was borderline ie 116 so no medicines yet, i try to test with my mothers testing kit and once in while it does spike up to 126 but usually it stays around 110 and i am a positive person when ever it does spike just have to walk around 6-7k steps it comes down quite nicely

i am predibetic so i only test once a week my aim is to keep it around 100 fasting bg but it does spike up some time around 126 then i try walking and sensible food choices

haha mine too i was hoping my numbers below 100 after execise but taste pizza spoilt it for me and 116 this morning

112 is good and 99 wow you doing well keep it up, i did 20 mins on treadmill warm up then 2 hours of badminton today mine numbers going to be around 99 i hope tomorrow morning

its that yummy fresh cream cake and over indulgance on my grandson birthday my bg today gone up to 126 :D , i am predibetic trying to control my bg by exercise and calorie control without medication
