hello jvcjim well i had green smoothie large cup at 9pm then i had 2biscuits and cup of tea at 11pm i think and went to sleep @ midnight and reading was taken 8am after 30mins morning walk and large glass of water with apple cider vinegar, i was disappointed, i never bothered too much about macros as my usual calorie intake always below 1500 a day and trying raw food greens and fruit smoothies0

@kumar60s for what it is worth my fasting level is higher after a walk than before so i just take it while my coffee is brewing before i really start my day... so what goes into a green smoothie? i ask because i never really got the smoothie deal... i like food not drink so much0 -
i will have to try judy's delicious apple and peanut butter too sound great, my green smoothies just convenient way of having raw greens really, the one i had last night was mixture of kale, avocado, mixture of seeds, cucumber, reddish, ginger, cellery, lemon, salt n pepper to taste. i am just experimenting with different fruits and vege smoothies as i am vegetarian0
