Yesterday was a crazy medical day--I was 101 & the same this morning after night one of two night sleep apnea test.1

hello jvcjim well i had green smoothie large cup at 9pm then i had 2biscuits and cup of tea at 11pm i think and went to sleep @ midnight and reading was taken 8am after 30mins morning walk and large glass of water with apple cider vinegar, i was disappointed, i never bothered too much about macros as my usual calorie intake always below 1500 a day and trying raw food greens and fruit smoothies0

@kumar60s for what it is worth my fasting level is higher after a walk than before so i just take it while my coffee is brewing before i really start my day... so what goes into a green smoothie? i ask because i never really got the smoothie deal... i like food not drink so much0 -
i will have to try judy's delicious apple and peanut butter too sound great, my green smoothies just convenient way of having raw greens really, the one i had last night was mixture of kale, avocado, mixture of seeds, cucumber, reddish, ginger, cellery, lemon, salt n pepper to taste. i am just experimenting with different fruits and vege smoothies as i am vegetarian0

Your smoothie had me right up to Kale. I've tried it so many different ways, I just can't develop a taste for it. I'm going to try your recipe, but with spinach.

spinch is good too and sometime i add granny smith apples, but some people say one shouldnt mix fruits n veg, i am just experimenting i have to learn to make it taste good with addition of sweet, sour, or chilli or maxican taste or somthing while keeping healthy0

After sleep apnea tests, my days & nights schedule has been crazy this week. Tues, 1/24 at mid-day was 107, 1/25 at early am was 102, 1/26 was 101 & today was 108.0

All pretty good numbers. How did the tests go?
5.7 (102.6) Kinda neat. Last night at bedtime, I was 5.8 (104.4). I think that's the first time my morning number was nearly the same as my bedtime number.0 -
