I'm just checking in to say I will weigh in tomorrow. This week/weekend has been so hectic, I started a new job, had a b-day party yesterday, setting up for and attending a bridal shower today and yet ANOTHER b-day party this afternoon. So hopefully I can avoid going overboard. :)

Yesterday was horrible for me, being bored to work led to overeating junk food, and was just to tired by the time I was done to exercise. Today's been much better though, already have 3/4 my water and finished turbofire for the day.

Yesterday was so rough for me. We went out for Sunday brunch, and although I stayed away from all of the sweets and didn't go back for more it still felt like to much. Then there was a family birthday dinner, where of course there were massive amounts of food and cake. I managed to get my exercise in but I was severely…

Exercise was good today, although I'm finding it hard to drink all the water. It feels like its just going right through me and I'm running to pee every 5 minutes.

I did good yesterday, got the whole 10 cups down and did a 30 min weights workout. Now to do it again today :)
