Glorious morning to you all Ravenclaw! My weight this morning is 180 - down 1.5! Everyone is checking in with brilliant results this week!

Here are the Harry Potter posts of the day from the main thread:
I know ive been slacking on the HP Posts of the Day so here are two. :)

    HP Posts of the Day!

    DID YOU KNOW ?
the concept of the soul-sucking dementors came from a period when rowling was diagnosed with clinical depression.

    DID YOU KNOW ?
in the film, harry potter and the sorcerer's/philosopher's stone, the tabby cat used to portray professor mcgonagall ran away during filming and came back two days later.

    And this week's challenges:
    Food challenge:
Try to get at least 4 different colors in your meals this week. Different colored foods have different nutrients so the more colorful your plate the more different nutrients you are getting! :)

    Exercise Challenge:
Try to do at least two days worth of strength training this week (doesnt have to be extreme, just must work on muscle building rather than or in addition to cardio.) :)

Remember to include your house points earned when you weigh in. Keep up the good work. GO RAVENCLAW!!!

Ok, so unfortunately there has been no change for me this week. I would have thought that with having gastro I would have lost at least something (not particularly healthily, but still you would think). Perhaps my body instead reacted to being sick by hanging onto every calorie in order to conserve strength. Or my zig-zagging of calories is not really working for me. Hmmm.....

    Weigh in: 69.8kg / 153.8lb

House points: 4 points, total so far 16 points.

Sorry Ravenclaws, next week I shall be trying harder!

Sure - new recipes would count even if you didn't make them - but the challenge was to try 3, so that would be 3 points. That makes a total of 8 points for this week. Good job!!

OK folks - here are the final numbers for week two:

    Hufflepuff - .745%
    Ravenclaw - .70%
    Gryffindor - .66%
    Slytherin - .44%

We came in 2nd this week!! Way to go Ravenclaw!

Here are the house results for week 2:
Coming in at #1: Cook2128 earns the title of Prefect for the week!
    #2 is Rlmiller123109
    #3 is Wishfuljulia

    Great job!!

    RavenclawWeek2Final.jpg

The 9 at the bottom did not count toward our numbers this week because they either didn't weigh in last week or didn't weigh in this week - and we have lost 5 members due to non-participation.

And, finally, here are the House Points that have been awarded for the last 2 weeks. If I've missed anyone, let me know.

    HousePointsWeek2.jpg

And now, I must get off to bed. In true Ravenclaw fashion, I have signed up for two summer classes that started today - on top of a full time job!

    Good Night Ravenclaw!
