Trickycoolj, I know what you mean. I just joined WW and I put in all the food I ate today in WW and MFP. I'm allowed 26 points on WW which I used plus 7 points of the extra weekly ones, when I put it into MFP, including the 0 point foods on WW, I came up with under 1200. I know that is not healthy. I should be getting in a…

I want to start lifting but have to do it at home. There isn't a gym close enought for me to go to. I was wondering if NROLFL is a good choice for me to do at home. And if so what equipment would I need to buy?

Yes I know how great coconut oil is. I've been telling him to eat it. Thank you everyone for your help. It is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for all the good advise. This will save me money.

Thanks, I'll check out the site. I just thought that with the total gym I could do more kinds of exercises besides weight lifting.

Hi, I'm 56 and I'm looking for friends also. I'm fairly new also.

Noor13, I am doing a reset because of doing VLCD for a very long time.

I'm in also. I was on a diet that consisted of weighing daily so you knew if a particular food made you gain or not. It drove me crazy but I find myself still weighing each morning. So as of today, no more weighing for a month.

Thanks, I'll start a new reset.

Thanks

I'm bumping hoping to get an answer to my question.

I also have been looking for a good workout for beginners. I'm 56 years young and haven't exercised in quite a while. Do you think the Jillian 30ds would be to hard for me? Also, if not, how many calories do you burn on the first level? Thanks in advance. This group is so great and helpful. I'm so glad I found it.

This is why I feel I need to do a reset. Thanks for your imput.

Thank you belladonnablue. That sounds like a good idea. You said you are concentrating on hitting your TDEE cut first, so I guess you are not doing a reset? I think I need to do a reset because of all the crazy diets and all the junk food I have been eating the past few years.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have tried using the full fat foods but then I use up my fat calories way before everything else. I forgot to mention that also because of the hypothyroidism I don't eat tuna and I love tuna. Maybe I need to focus more on the other proteins and not so much of the dairy. I really want this…

Your exercise is taken into consideration, so you do not eat them back unless you exercise more then what you normally do and if it makes your calories drop below your BMR then you have to make the overage up. I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

I forgot to mention that I have hypothyroidism and I'm on a medication for it.

I just started today doing the dvds. I'm starting with the Ultimate Collection DVD. I did the 1 mile get up & get started. I plan on doing it for 2 more days then going on to the 2 mile brisk walk. I love her dvd's.
