If you can, you really should invest in a HRM because that is the only way you will know for sure how many calories you lose. It depends on your weight, your effort and for how long you do it.

Good job!!! I love Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam. I still did not do Chalean Extreme but I have already got it. I love her energy. I started this in Oct5,2010 and always ate what MFP told me to. I've lost 35 lbs so far. I would stick with MFP.

I use the Wii Zumba and I love it. A fun way to exercise!!! I recommend you wear a Heart Rate Monitor watch so you will know how many calories you burn. If you like dancing go for it!!!!!!!!!!
