    I have read between 500-800 depending on teacher and how hard you work. You can use dance in cardio, or high or low impact aerobics to get an idea.

    It really depends. Without a hrm you just can't tell. I do have a hrm and I burn 500-600 but I have some people say they burn 800-1000.

    If you can, you really should invest in a HRM because that is the only way you will know for sure how many calories you lose. It depends on your weight, your effort and for how long you do it.
