  • I'm 5'10". highest weight was 282.2. I'm now down to 227.2. I do a progress photo every 10lbs or so. My default pic is when I was 238ish or so. Goal is to hit 190 and see how I feel about it. :) Congrats to EVERYONE! Its not easy but its worth it.
