ya stay with macros 200 cal isnt enough u will gain a little on the stomach but when you go cut you will lose that u need cal to gain muscle

about 6 months ive been lifting thx I did 2 rounds of insanity........... im 178 5'9 I really dont want to lower my calorie intake because I want to build muscle as well I just want to lose the last bit of fat on my stomach so I can fully see my abs

You should most def eat a something such a fruit light that will break down fast or pre work out supplement whey protein is also good as a pre work out it will give you energy to help you through your workout and eating high protein foods is not rec before working out because it take several hours for your body to break…
