She makes you believe (at least in my opinion) that if you eat anytime other than when you are hungry, that you are letting God down, because you are going against His word! For low carb, I try and stay around 50 carbs per day, and those are good carbs from fruits & veggies. Hope this helps.

Well, I started the P90X last night! Whew...it's a great workout! I've gained 3.5 pounds of the 20 that I've lost. :sad: So I have to step this up! I'm getting strict on my eating and with this workout, hopefully I'll be at least at my next goal of 5 pounds by the time I go on vacation at the end of June! :tongue:

You can do this!! I cut out all of the "bad" carbs about 5 years ago, and it has made such a big difference. I lost about 90 pounds in a year, and kept it off until last year, and I gained about 20lbs. So, I'm working out now, and really trying to eat healthy, and so far I've lost 13lbs. Quaker has the mini delights Chocolatey Drizzle. They are 90 calories per pack and they are wonderful! I also snack on almonds, or sugar free jello, or applesauce. Count me in too. I want to lose 10 lbs. by Christmas. I'm working with a personal trainer. I'm thinking of ordering the 10 min. trainer by Tony Horton (P90X guy). Has anyone tried that one yet, I think it's new. We can all do this!!:smile:
