question couple months ago this forum was all p90x what happened ??? is the Insanity program the new it just asking thank you

    I like the P90X. I haven't tried Insanity though.

    From what I have seen/heard from my "super fit" friends, YES! Insanity is the new P90X and they love it.

    Insanity is the way to go because its just an intense workout and its only 60 days versus the 90. I haven't tried P90X so I can't knock it but people who have tried both have said that the cardio is much better with Insanity.
