One of my co-workers recently told me that they thought I would look weird if I lost too much weight. I laughed and told him I obviously didn't care what I looked like or I wouldn't have let myself gain that much weight in the first place, that I just wanted to feel better. I always get to week 3 or 4, then real life gets in the way and I get side tracked. By the time I get back to them, I feel like I should start over.
