I find they are off of the amount stated . I walk on the treadmill for 30 min and it will say like 380 cal burned but my HRM will say like 176 . So I was really disappointed thinking I was burning 800 cal in 1 1/2 hr workout when really it was closer to 500 . I used my PT7 HRM for everything now .

I have high blood pressure he just needs to REALLY watch his salt intake , Anything with high sodium, canned soups. processed foods, chips .

Get a HMR once I did I was amazed the difference that the gym equipment stated compared to HRM.

Love the new fiber one 80 calorie chocolate cereal and almond milk only 60 cal a cup.

Bruising is a sign of iron deficancy , and as for burning pee I'd say try cranberry juice you may have urinary track infection

Almond milk or use it as a smoothie w/ water, ice and fruit , the other day i used 1 tb peanut butter & chocolate protein( 100 cal) and it was amazing total cal 185

i tried maintenance for a week at 2200 and i gained 3 lbs now back to trying to lose it , currently at TDEE -20% 1730 I'm on a plateau and will try anything to break it ,But everyone is different it may work for you.

I weaned myself down last summer . Its been 9 months since i've drank any, I don't miss it at all. I can't imagine drinking it anymore.

I take a water pill ( dr ordered) and with drinking an average of 8 glasses a day , I go an average every 1 1/2 hrs last night I woke up 3 times between 11 pm - 7 am to pee.

Made me buy a juicer ( used) because of the movie , and i'm on a plateau but after a day i was tired of drinking my meals. I need something to chew. i still juice but just add it into my daily meals . my son did it for 3 days and lost 5 lbs

When my 10 yr old asked me to take her to the amusement park last summer and I knew i would not fit on most of the rides . So my 21 yr old had to take her instead . It broke my heart but got me moving .

When I first started circuit training I had bruises all over my lower legs, I also got wacked by the arc trainer and ended up with a hell of a bruise . I tend to bruise easy though, I did buy some iron pills though hoping this would help.

If anything I was not eating enough. I was on 1500 cal and exercising an hr & 1/2 equaling anywhere between 500-800 cal a day for 6 days a week , and I never eat them back.

start by walking even if its only for 15 min work in another 10 min each day . I did this thru the summer and lost around 45 lbs
