I say to each his own. I Tried it the other day because I was on a plateau for over 2 months the first two days i lost 2.5 lbs. I messed up and didn't do the third day I'm still down 1.5 so that's all I care that i hope i finally broke this plateau, Starting it over again this am. even if I only lose a few lbs its better…

I haven't worked up to that yet but i do, do the other machines upper body one day lower body the next plus 10 min abs and i log it as cardio circuit training MFP over estimates because its a routine so i guesstimated around 300 cal per 30 min workout.

If its that intense your body is asking for food EAT! of its boredom exercise or eat a piece of fruit.

I did the same stuck for a month. someone said more calories less exercise because I DON'T eat them back did this for a week dropped 2.5 lbs .

Happen to me too. It had been a month , NO LOSS! Someone said add more calories& exercise less. I was afraid to at first but withing that first week I lost 2.5 lbs . well worth the extra calories.

Thank you everyone, Im trying to up my calories and change up my exercise. some. I think i was'nt eating enough i would eat like 1400 calories a day then work off 400-600 a day so i upped it to 1750 and work off 300-600 now hoping this works. I deffinatly am NOT giving up. I never wanna be that fat again.
