Its too expensive I find. I eat special K fat free cereal every morning topped with fruit. I sometimes buy special K snacks if there on sale, but just by eating the cereal, eating healthy and exercise I lost about 25 pounds in 3 months.

People are more rude to me, but whatever. I've always thought the same about overweight people... some can't help it, but I disagree with the lazy ones who sit around and stuff there faces with fast food while complaining about being overweight... makes me sick.

I'm diabetic too. I take 4-6 needles a day. I got diabetes when I was 13, and I just wanted to be "normal" like all my friends, so I just didn't care... THIS is so true, I had diet ice tea & it was so high in sodium I could barely drink it, then I bought a diet pepsi and looked at it and it was less than a qaurter of what the ice tea was. I was suprised! BUT HAPPY :)

I am waiting until I can do a full body transformation before I get contacts. I can't really afford them, but soon I can. But I wanna reach my goal weight first, so I'm sorta like a brand new person LOL. I hate glasses though, especially with my daughter, she always wants to climb on me and stuff, they just don't work.

I exercise to cheap workout dvds at home. I lift weights at home, I do yoga at home, I was & stair climb at home. I don't go out much. I use to walk outside. Listening to music while I exercise (in front of people) helped me.

Just a couple months, but we knew each other for years & dated before we got together again. Now we've been together for over 6 years. We're still not married but we're happy & planning our wedding slowly, there's no need to rush things when there already great.

I do yoga & buy myself clothes once in a while or get a peircing, or another workout dvd.

I do yoga as much as possible, i try for every night. I wasn't flexible at all at first, but now I am. Depending on what kind of yoga you do depends on the inches you lose. I do Jillian Yoga Meltdown for weight loss and toning, I also do a night yoga to relax before bed. I personally love it.
