Hey guys, have been reading around getting a feel for how to do this and succeed this time after soooo many unsuccessful weight loss attempts. Never tried with MFP before so starting my logging tomorrow.

A question (doing the grocery shop today): What five foods did you always like to keep on hand when you were losing weight?

Thanks!
