    Celery
    Sunflower seeds, hulled
    Sardines

I always have fresh veggies and fruit, but it always changes and is never really consistent except for the celery :) But these are the 5 things that I never let myself run out of.

The ideal I strive toward is pure, clean whole foods.
I try to eat clean 80% of the time is actually quite simple.
I eat lean meats, low fat dairy, nuts, whole grains, fruits and veggies. If man makes it, don't eat it.
That's the ideal, and 20% of my diet are just regular food treats like burgers, twinkies, pies, cakes - whatever.
Life is to be lived too.
    It's more lifestyle than diet.
And once the lifestyle becomes habit, it gets easy.
    Good Luck :flowerforyou:

Sometimes, I'll make a smoothie from bananas and peanut butter. Fills you up in the morning and keeps you full until right before lunch.
