    rice cakes( mostly carbs and fill me up fast, especially if i drink water with them), apples( because they are healthy and are an easy snack to bring with me), almonds( healthy snack with good fats), frozen vegetables( fast easy and healthy meals), and garlic(make everything delicious).

    1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese is delicious with a tbsp of jam. I use ED Smith brand, 25 calories per tbsp.

    All easy to keep in stock or cheap. And fast to make when in a hurry! That way KEY for me. Didnt have to go to the store every day and could make good meals in a jiff if I was short on time.
