    2. Eggs (I hard boil about half the carton immediately and keep them in the fridge when I want an immediate snack)
    3. Frozen Broccoli (and other frozen vegetables)
    4. Tofu
    5. Wasa Crispbread, Light Rye (low calorie carbs to use in place of bread, pita, chips)
    + lots of seasonal fresh fruits and veggies
    + red pepper flakes, cinnamon, thyme, ginger, basil, cilantro, garlic, onions, and other almost no cal herbs and spices to add flavors to simple, clean foods
