In a perfect world, I would always run outside, but I have to use the treadmill at the gym more often than I'd like because I have allergy induced asthma, which gets really bad here in Florida with the pollen, etc.

I count everything I eat, because fruit and vegetables do have calories. Plus, I like to see when/what I eat so I can make better choices the next day :)

Definitely running. I normally run outside, but lately I have been using the elliptical a lot more because it is so HOT outside and I don't like using the treadmill. :)

I always make sure to have at least one rest day a week...working out all the time doesn't give your muscles time to repair themselves, plus it increases the risk of injury. On my days off I don't lift weights or do intense cardio, but I do like to go on a walk or a nice bike ride or something to keep me busy :)

I saw a doctor yesterday. I got an xray taken to make sure nothing was broken, and it was confirmed that I tore a ligament. My doctor said exercise is okay as long as it doesn't hurt my foot. It only hurts when I put pressure on it and there was no visible swelling. I'm just going to go easy on it for at least a week and…

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll definitely try the punches/ab workout and the rowing machine at the gym, and walking with crutches when I get them on Monday :)
